Healthcare

Since 1866 when Alexian Brothers established their first hospital for men and boys in Chicago, the goal has been to promote excellence in patient care and comfort. One-hundred and forty-nine years later, the completion of the 5th Floor in their St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates marked the final phase of the hospital’s redesign.

The objective was to create a soothing and inviting environment with warm, neutral tones accented by robust wood millwork. Mannington’s Natures Path Luxury Vinyl Plank provided the perfect medium for visual appeal without sacrificing durability. The deep field and soft accents shaped a space that was well defined for visitors, professionals, and most importantly, patients. The final product was a supportive, friendly, and secure environment where quality medical care is continually promoted.
